Delicatessen

The delicatessen specialises in Mediterranean and Oriental ingredients, bought fresh and seasonally, as well as the freshest local produce and hard-to-find ingredients, coupled with advice on how to use them.

In our store we aim to provide a one-stop shop for cooks who are interested in delving into our favourite cuisines. It's not just all the ingredients we have, it's also the kit, the books, the advice and the demonstrations. Our favourite cuisines of course are the Mediterranean, South East Asian, Japanese, Middle Eastern and North African. What we will be offering in our new online shop in due course are Store Cupboards, tailored to offer the essentials for each cuisine.
