There is nothing quite like browsing through cookery books when
there is cooking in the air. Our cookery books (with well over 1,000
titles) are personally chosen to reflect our particular areas of
interest both geographically (Britain, the Mediterranean, Middle
East, North Africa, South East Asia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand),
by subject matter (baking, vegetarian, cooking for friends, fast
healthy food for busy people, slow food……) and by author.
We try to keep on the shelves the entire repertoire of those cookery
writers whom we believe produce "classics".
The book selection also covers wine as well as lifestyle along Mediterranean
and Oriental themes.
Pictured are books by all those authors who have demonstrated in
our kitchen, held book signings or participated in cooking events.
