| We started our Events Programme in 1999.
Each year we run a limited number of classes and events welcoming
some of the best chefs and cookery writers in the UK and Australia
to share experiences and cookery knowledge. Most of these events are
focussed on the publication of a new cookery book and, as the majority
of these tend to be published from September to December, our events
are normally held in the second half of the year. |
