Kito Yuzu Chilli Sauce
This spicy pepper and yuzu citrus sauce brings plenty of chilli heat, combined with the wonderful zesty aroma and complex citrus flavour of yuzu. This Tabasco-like sauce is made with just four ingredients: Kito yuzu juice, spicy chilli peppers, vinegar and salt. This makes it a highly versatile spicy-sour seasoning you can add to all kinds of foods.
This super-versatile sauce can be used in many Japanese and Western dishes. Try shaking it over stir-fries, pizza, pasta, sushi or grilled meats to add heat - it also makes a fantastic addition to Bloody Mary cocktails. You can even combine it with mayonnaise to make a dipping sauce, or add to spicy foods to amp up the spice level even more.
