Buckwheat Soba Noodles
5 bundles of slow aged and kneaded, high quality buckwheat flour noodles. With a great al dente texture, these noodles are fun to eat hot or cold, with soup or delicious dipping sauce!
Soba are usually dried so need to be cooked in hot water.
Add approx. 1l of boiling water for every 90g of noodles. Stir the noodles, then stop the heat. Leave to sit for 4-5 mins.
Drain and rinse well with cold water.
Serve cold with tsuyu dipping sauce and a little bit of wasabi or serve in warm noodle soup.
