A glass bottle of citrus seasoned soy sauce. Ponzu has been popular in Japan for many years and is now becoming popular with people in the west. A mix of yuzu (Asian citrus) and soy sauce flavours it has the perfect balance of salty, sweet and tangy. Ponzu can be used right from the bottle as a dipping sauce or as an ingredient in a variety of delicious recipes. Use with seafood, grilled meats and vegetables.
