Loison Veneziana Panettone with Bronte Pistachios

The Veneziana Collection is one of Loison's Top Lines of Panettone. The cake is made by means of the natural fermentation of sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake is especially soft owing to the use of fresh milk, butter and cream. It is light in texture and enriched with Madagascar* vanilla, and a filling of Crema of Pistacchio Verde di Bronte*PDO”. The loaf is covered with icing and decorated with granulated pieces of Pistacchio Verde di Bronte*PDO”.
