Smoked sardines in escabeche. Intense fish flavour with notes of acidity and freshness from the escabeche (a vinegar and sunflower oil marinade). These sardines are the perfect product to eat straight from the tin with a slice of bread or toast. It is also a perfect addition to salads or sandwiches.
Catrineta is the project of a young couple created out of the love for preserved foods. Thanks to an exhaustive selection of the best Galician fish and seafood, they can offer products prepared and packed by hand in a very traditional way, appreciating the work that artisans have been making for generations.
