Sparkling reds are not the most popular wines in the UK (bad memories of cheap Lambrusco perhaps) but other countries like Italy and Australia have really taken them on board. This invigoratingly delicious lightly sparkling one, with its superb perfume of crushed rose petals, sweet grapey fruit on the palate and a dry finish and just 5.5% alcohol, is really worth a try. Once tried, I guarantee you'll be hooked!
