Salty, with herbs and spices or very classic - butter is an important and integral part in many households. It gives food a fine-buttery note and ensures a good grip for the bread. In order to preserve the taste and the freshness of the butter, butter dishes made of porcelain are ideal. They keep the cold inside and keep the butter cold for a long time outside the fridge.
Raeder's butter dishes are available in a size that is optimally matched to a pound of good butter. Small pieces of butter are best placed in the small butter dish for 125 grams of butter.
