Olive Branch Sweet Olive, Fig & Almond Relish

This delicious relish was inspired by a recipe by Masterchef 2012 finalist Andrew Kojima and was the winner of 2 Gold Stars in the 2014 Great Taste Awards and Silver Prize in France’s Prix les Épicures.
Kalamata olives sweetened in a fig syrup and mixed with almonds, this caramelised relish pairs wonderfully with goat’s cheese. It’s also delicious as a jam spooned on top of Greek yogurt or ice cream or spread on toast for breakfast.
