An essential sauce for everyone's favourite dumplings.

This is a soy sauce and vinegar based dipping sauce for gyoza dumplings. The addition of sesame oil adds a nuttiness that pairs well with the other flavours. Feel free to add shichimi chilli pepper mix or black pepper to make this dipping sauce your own.
