Award winning British Cassis has been made on the family farm of British blackcurrant grower Jo Hilditch for over 15 years. Over time this British take on the french aperitif Creme de Cassis has won numerous awards and rave reviews from press and celebrity chefs nationwide.

Crafted with blackcurrants grown in the fields of Jo's Herefordshire farm, this natural fruit liqueur is rich and full bodied. Freshly picked British blackcurrants are allowed to ferment naturally with champagne yeast, blended with vodka to fortify and a little sugar to bring out the intensely fruity flavours.

This delicious British fruit mixer makes a great foodie gift or treat and is the perfect complement to white wine, champagne and Prosecco, and can be used in long drinks and cocktails with spirits such as vodka, gin and martini.
