Sorrel is a perennial plant with a vinegary taste. The leaves can be used in salads, omelettes, with beef and lamb, or cooked like spinach for a really good soup.

Sow: from March - June or in a greenhouse until November.
Start 8 weeks before setout. Barely cover 2-3 seeds in a cell. Up in 7-10 days at 70 degrees. Transplant in garden, preferably in part shade. Keep cut to promote new growth.
