Our best selling extra virgin olive oil is made predominantly from the Olivastra Seggianese olive, unique to the territories surrounding the village of Seggiano in southern Tuscany.
It has a distinctive yet delicate flavour, with a fresh olive fruit aroma, creamy texture, buttery nutty taste & a balanced hint of pepperiness.
Delicious as a condiment to cooked fish, chicken, with rice, potatoes & cooked or raw vegetables.
Although, having said that, when the oil is new season from October to December it is intensely vibrant and is labelled accordingly.
