We are totally dependent on our customers’ loyalty for our survival – without you we are nothing. In return, we have set up the Ceci Paolo VIP Loyalty Scheme.  This is open to all customers whether they be in-store, on the phone or online and will earn Points for everyone signed up to it.  These Points will be converted into Loyalty Credits once an annual spend threshold of £100 is reached.  You can then either choose to use these credits to pay/part pay for your purchases or let the credits accumulate to a more substantial sum and maybe buy something on your wish list. Our Loyalty Scheme is more generous towards our customers than most others we have looked at.

There are 3 tiers of the Scheme and the level you will be on is dependent on your annual spend.  If you have already registered on www.cecipaolo.com, you will have a customer account and you can start to have your purchases recorded and earning Points immediately. All you have to do is email us at order@cecipaolo.com and confirm that you want to participate in the Loyalty Scheme.  We will then activate the Loyalty Scheme on your account. If you don’t have a customer account and would like to participate in the Loyalty Scheme, please register your details online.


The VIP Tiers and Benefits per Tier are set out below.

  • You will earn Points on Eligible Purchases made in-store or online at the rate applicable to your Tier. Unless we have appropriate past records for your purchases which enable us to allocate you to the appropriate tier, you will automatically be enrolled at the Silver level. 
  • You will earn Points only on the whole pounds sterling amount of each Eligible Purchase.
  • You will only earn points if you spend a minimum of £10 on the one occasion.
  • The Points you earn will be reduced by the amount of any Eligible Purchases that are refunded to your Account or returned by you.
  • You will not earn Points on delivery or shipping charges.
  • Your Till Receipt will tell you how many points you have earned.


Once you have spent a total of £100, your Points will be converted to Loyalty Credits that can be used against the amount to be paid for your purchases.  You will get Credits of £1 for every 100 Points earned.

When purchasing online using your registered account, you will be recognized automatically if you have been signed up for the Loyalty Scheme.  When you go to Checkout you will be told how many Points your purchase will attract.  After the first purchase over £100 on your registered Loyalty Account, you will also be told how many Loyalty Credits you have and you can choose to apply any or all of those Credits in payment.

The Terms and Conditions set out below apply to the Scheme in general, whether being used in-store, over the phone or online. 


These Terms and Conditions (the ‘Terms’) govern the Ceci Paolo VIP Loyalty Scheme (the ’Loyalty Scheme’), and the associated collection of points, rewards of any gift vouchers or any other offers relating to the Loyalty Scheme.

These Terms set out the agreement between Ceci Paolo Limited (‘Ceci Paolo’) and you, the customer. The Loyalty Scheme is open to all persons aged 18 and over, excluding any individuals identified by Ceci Paolo from time to time at its absolute discretion.

By using the Scheme you agree to be bound by these Terms (as may be amended from time to time). You will need to identify your account to enable you to collect Ceci Paolo Loyalty Scheme points (‘Points’) which are awarded only when purchases of qualifying goods are made in the Ledbury store. Online customers will be required to log into their accounts to collect and redeem Points.


Points will be rewarded at the point of purchase on qualifying purchases (whether the customer is at the store in person, over the phone or online).

Customers participating in the Loyalty Scheme will earn points for every £1 spent at the rate applicable to their Tier which will be based on their previous year’s spend. Points earned will be turned into credit on their account at the prevailing Ceci Paolo rate of exchange; 100 Points currently equates to £1 although this rate is subject to change. Any changes to the credit earned will be notified on Ceci Paolo’s website.

Payments made against deliveries or shipping costs relating to your purchases will be excluded and do not earn Points. Purchases of Gift Vouchers are excluded and do not earn Points. Selected collections, products and lines may not be eligible for Points and may be excluded from the Loyalty Scheme.

The Points accrued can only be used by the account holding person. Ceci Paolo will not exchange points for cash.

In the event you receive a refund or any adjustment is made in respect of the purchase of Ceci Paolo goods which attracted Points, all Points earned which related to the refunded purchase or the adjustment on the purchase will be deducted from the account.

Points are earned and may be accumulated on purchases made between 1 July and the following 30 June (‘the Loyalty Year’). Points accumulated in this period must be redeemed either during this period or at any time up to the following 30 September in the next Loyalty Year. Points not used by then may be lost. You can redeem points at any time throughout the year as long as your account is in credit. Ceci Paolo reserves the right to exclude from time to time merchandise in respect of which points may not be redeemed.

Loyalty Scheme Tier Levels

Your annual spend will be assessed by Ceci Paolo on an ongoing basis and you will be entitled to benefits according to the Loyalty Scheme tier for which you qualify. Ceci Paolo operates three tiers of benefits, which are set out above. Your applicable tier level will depend on your annual spend. As a member of the Loyalty Scheme you will start at the tier level that relates to your spend level at your joining date. Ceci Paolo will notify you as and when you are invited to join a higher tier level based on your level of spend in that year. Each tier carries a number of benefits as set out above. When moving to a higher tier level you will enjoy the level of benefits reserved to this level but only as from the date we notify you of your upgrade to the next tier level. Benefits associated with each tier are not retrospective in effect.

On 1 July of each year, the start date of the next Loyalty Scheme year, you will automatically belong for the next 12 month period to the Loyalty Scheme tier you had reached in the previous Loyalty Year based upon your level of spend in that year.

For the avoidance of doubt, if despite the tier level you belonged to in the previous year, your level of spend during that Loyalty Year has not reached the minimum required to remain at the same tier level you will be notified of the new tier level to which you will belong.

In the event that more than one account has been inadvertently set up for a customer, you may apply to Ceci Paolo Limited in writing to have the Points amalgamated into one account.

Please note that any free gifts offered under the Loyalty Scheme are offered at the discretion of Ceci Paolo and are subject to availability. A similar value gift may be substituted, at Ceci Paolo’s discretion and any free gift offer may be withdrawn at any time.

Change of Address

It is your responsibility to notify Ceci Paolo of any change of address.


Ceci Paolo may refuse to authorise the issue of vouchers and/or redeem points or vouchers which have been issued if Ceci Paolo considers the scheme is being used fraudulently or otherwise misused.

Termination/Revision of Terms

Ceci Paolo reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel the Loyalty Scheme, or these Terms at its sole discretion any time, with or without notice to you. Ceci Paolo will not be held liable for any resulting loss or damage. For an up-to-date version of these Terms, please refer to this website or ask in store. You will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by your continued use of your Account.

Members are personally responsible for any and all costs, charges, claims, liabilities or tax liabilities or any other fees of whatever nature arising from their membership of the scheme.

Personal Data

In relation to your personal data, Ceci Paolo Limited is the data controller and is responsible for handling and storing your personal data. We will use the information you supply on the Loyalty Scheme enrolment form, together with the information relating to your transactions, purchases and participation in the Loyalty Scheme for the purposes of administering the loyalty scheme and statistical analysis. We will never give your personal data to anyone outside Ceci Paolo without your consent. By agreeing to sign up for the Loyalty Scheme, you consent to our using the data supplied for marketing purposes to send you news of special events, offers, promotions and catalogues either by post or email if you have provided this information. If there is any difference between these Terms and any other documentation that may be issued in respect of the Loyalty Scheme, the version of these Terms as posted on this website and as updated from time to time will prevail.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
