Poon’s chilli vinegar dressing is a twist on traditional Shanghainese ‘red oil’ wonton sauce. It is a perfect mix of sour vinegar and spicy chilli, fantastic with wontons and other bitesize dim sum dumplings. Or try it with rice dishes, or to season spring rolls.
A signature sauce at Poon’s Wontoneria restaurant in London’s Portobello, this sauce is delicious in noodle dishes, to season grilled fish and meat, or drizzled on steamed vegetables.
Ingredients: Chilli Oil (Soybean Oil, Chilli (35%), Onion, Black beans (Soyabean, Water), Salt, Sichuan Peppercorns, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer (E621)), Vinegar (32%) (Water, Glutinous rice, Wheat Bran, Salt, Sugar) Light Soya Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Preservative (Sodium Benzoate), Flavour Enhancer (E631, E627), Sugar.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 6 weeks.
