Fattoush is a famous Lebanese bread salad, using salad ingredients on hand with radish, parsley, mint. The dressing is packed with flavour - the sumac and pomegranate molasses adds lemony richness carried by the tasty apple vinegar and Lebanese Olive oil. Of course it can be used on other salads too. Just shake the bottle well for all the ingredients to combine before dressing the salad.
