Macneil's Duck Breast is slow cured and smoked and coated with a special blend of Macneil's Smokehouse recipe pastrami flavouring. It is cooked and ready to eat, succulent and full of flavour. Simply slice and add to your charcuterie board for a unique and delicious addition.
For optimum flavour, Tony MacNeil recommends removing from the fridge and packaging, slice and allow the breast to reach a temperature where the fat has a shine. This will ensure that the texture and flavour is at its absolute best.
