A classic vegan Colomba, developed in Italy and brought to us by our own Paolo Ceci (known as panettone_paolo on Instagram). Suitable for vegans and the lactose intolerant, so that everyone can have their own well-deserved slice of dessert. Wrapped simply in cellophane and ribboned.

WHEAT flour, candied orange peel 21% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), water, cane sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), extra virgin olive oil, powdered sugar, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose syrup sugar), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, pea protein, gelling agent: agar-agar, turmeric, flaxseed fibre ALMOND 1%, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods).
