The Angeli family make this antipasti using the traditional natural method of preserving fresh vegetables in olive oil. Tasty artichoke hearts, juicy red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and small round borretane onions are first marinated in herbs and spices, then grilled over volcanic rock coals before preserving in quality extra Canino virgin olive oil. Delicious with toasted bread, bruschetta, in sandwiches or as a garnish.
Store the jars in a cool dark place. Once opened, keep the vegetables covered in oil and eat within two weeks.

Grilled artichokes, grilled peppers and grilled borretane onions layered with sun-dried tomatoes. Vegetables in variable proportions (79%), extra virgin olive oil (20%), vinegar, salt, pepper, chilli, sugar, fresh herbs.
