Yuzu Soy Sauce
A delicious combination of freshly squeezed yuzu juice and premium quality soy sauce made from whole soya beans aged in cedar casks. The skilled craftsmen of the Yugeta family carefully combine umami and citrus using the powerful aroma of yuzu with the rich depth of authentic soy sauce. The result is a flavour that is the very essence of Japanese cusine. Use as a sumptuous dip for sushi and sashimi, to enhance dressings, sauces and marinades.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (water, soya beans, wheat, salt), yuzu juice (18%), mirin (rice, koji, alcohol - 2.3% total content), bonito (fish), dried mushroom, kelp, sugar, yuzu oil (cold pressed Citrus junos) (0.1%).
Free from artificial flavourings, colourings and preservatives.
Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate once open.
