The Damerino Panettone Without Candied Fruit was created to satisfy those who do not like candied fruit. It is a panettone prepared in the traditional way with Filippi's mother yeast, which they have been jealously guarding for 40 years and keeping alive with daily refreshments.

The same ingredients of high quality and freshness that are used in the classic panettone Filippi, but this time only with raisins. The soft dough is infused by soft selected raisins and scented by Bourbon Vanilla Berries from Madagascar.

Panettoni Filippi completely ban the use of any kind of additives and aromas. Every ingredient, from flour to raisins, is selected on the basis of qualitative and ethical criteria that push them to collaborate with companies that embrace the same philosophy.
