Made from the Grillo and Cataratto grapes that are also found in Marsala wine, this delicious vinegar is a relatively new addition to the Ravida range. Made from boiled grape must, the vinegar is carefully blended, before being left to rest in wooden barrels for at least four years. The distinctive aroma of this delicate wine vinegar is permeated with all the subtleties of Marsala wine, with a fragrance and sweetness that resonates with balsamics. Ravida have produced a vinegar like you have never tasted, sweet and dry.

Use Ravida’s vinegar blended with their oil to make a delicious salad dressing on raw and cooked vegetables, to enhance grilled or roasted meats, or sprinkled on strawberries or over mature parmesan cheese. Makes a lovely duo with the Ravida Lemon Oil.
