New is a Spumante Rosato from A Mano, interestingly inspired by French-made sparkling wine in California. Made from a blend of 50% Greco, 25% Negroamaro and 25% Primitivo, the salmon pink wine has astonishing complexity; raspberries, fresh cherries, orange blossom and toasted hazelnuts all come through. On the palate there is a minerality and lemony crispness that persists through the long finish.
