Dark Chocolate 70% filled with port wine and figs ganache
A delicious dessert chocolate! Figs are well known as classic desserts, and in this bar are paired with delicious port! Zotter used the Portuguese Reserve Ruby Port by Romariz, which is matured in oak barrels. This port is made into a delicious dark port wine ganache that features little pieces of figs. It’s covered in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content, which is sweetened with maple sugar, an exciting sugar alternative.
