Lao Gan Ma crispy chilli sauce is one of those products you never knew you needed until you‘ve tried it.  It’s full of dried chilli and crispy fried onion in a richly flavoured oil.   Leave it on the table, stir it up and add it to just about everything!

Ingredients: Soybean Oil (40%), Chilli (35%), Onions(8%), Preserved Black Beans (Soybeans, Water), Salt, Sichuan Peppercorn, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer: E621
