The artisan Panettone with Bronte Pistachio DOP cream and Matcha green tea is the new combination for Christmas 2021, the result of the meeting of the traditional Italian dessert with the Japanese tea ritual. The Panettone Pistachio Matcha immediately captivates the eye with its bright colours and intrigues the sense of smell. It does not reveal itself at the first bite, hence taste after taste, through its heart of creamy pistachio di Bronte DOP, the soft and juicy raisins and the delicious white chocolate coating, enriched with precious Matcha Green tea powder and decorated with green pistachios Bronte DOP in nibs and whole. Naturally leavened product, with the typical shape of panettone. The surface is covered with Matcha green tea icing, decorated with whole pieces and grains of "Pistacchio Verde di Bronte* PDO”. The yellow dough is enriched with raisins, Vanilla Mananara from Madagascar* and cream with "Pistacchio Verde di Bronte* PDO”.
To produce their Top Line Panettoni, Loison use ingredients that bear the controlled designation of origin label, namely fresh eggs from safe farms; milk, butter and cream produced in the mountains of Italy; premier flour and top-grade Italian sugar. The basic ingredients are then blended in with aromatic ones, selected with great care and creativity: from the fragrant Italian wines to the candied fruit. In order to preserve the top quality of their ingredients, they follow a slow production process, during which no additives or substances that could alter their properties or flavours are used.
