Highly versatile, the multi-use Chef's Pan combines the best of two worlds with the superior food release and easy cleanup of Toughened Non-Stick, paired with the practicality and style of an 18/10 stainless steel lid shaped to cover the spouts and to drain liquid after cooking.
The two convenient pouring soputs on the side of the pan allow the easy removal of liquids to achieve crisp results. If used without the lid, liquids can be quickly reduced into a delicious sauce thanks to the wide, flat base of the pan. The high sides prevent splattering or spilling and allow for easy stirring.
Its PFOA-free non-stick surface releases food effortlessly for easy cleaning and, like other items in the Toughened Non-Stick collection, the Chef's Pan is also dishwasher-safe. Toughened Non-Stick is suitable for use on all tpes of hob, including induction, in the oven to 260°C, and under the grill.
