Poon’s Extraordinary Chilli Oil is an aromatic sauce with an intense flavour of salted black beans. The unusual addition of the bean adds a depth and richness, fantastic with steamed fish and egg-fried rice.
Use the chilli oil to flavour stir fries and noodle broths, or to make the best cheese on toast you’ve ever tasted!
Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil (64%), Water, Salted Black Beans (Contains Soy), Ginger, Garlic, Light Soya Sauce (Contains Soy, Wheat), Sugar, Crushed Chilli (1%), Salt, Birdseye Chilli (0.8%).
