DESCRIPTION

Pandoro is a sweet, naturally leavened tall panettone, shaped like a star. The Posate Pandoro is a part of Loison's Top Line of Panettoni characterised by the use of natural vanilla, fresh milk, cream and butter. It is served dusted with the accompanying vanilla scented icing sugar so that it resembles the snowy peaks of the Italian Alps during Christmas.  It can be cut into wedges or horizontally for serving.

To produce their Top Line Panettoni, Loison use ingredients that bear the controlled designation of origin label, namely fresh eggs from safe farms; milk, butter and cream produced in the mountains of Italy; premier flour and top-grade Italian sugar. The basic ingredients are then blended in with aromatic ones, selected with great care and creativity: from the fragrant Italian wines to the candied fruit. In order to preserve the top quality of their ingredients, they follow a slow production process, during which no additives or substances that could alter their properties or flavours are used.

Wheat flour, Sugar, "Zabaione" cream (15%) (Sugar, Vegetable Oil and fats (palm, coconut, sunflower), Water, White wine, Marsala wine, Egg yolk, Eggs, Acidity regulator: Citric Acid, Flavours), Fresh eggs, Fresh Butter, Natural sourdough yeast, Emulsifier: mono- and fatty acid diglycerides of vegetable origin, High quality fresh milk, Cocoa butter, Cervia whole marine salt, Natural Vanilla Mananara from Madagascar* (0.2%).
