The Superfoodie Zaatar is loaded with just enough omega-3, antioxidants, magnesium, fibre and more to kick-start your day. This product is handcrafted by women in a little Lebanese village, sourced from single origin and fair trade farms. Just spread it, sprinkle it, or dip in it.

In the Kfar-Houne surrounds in Southern Lebanon, Fady Aziz a designer and nature lover started his project to farm ‘za’atar’. Being a wild herb, Lebanese thyme needs nothing more than the naturally fertile soil of the south, sunlight and clean water to thrive. Fady has collaborated with chefs and food experts to take the herb out of its traditional classic mixes into more creative products of high quality dried thyme, spices, seeds, nuts, dry fruit and berry mixes.
