A soft, vegan caramel layer created with a baked white rice couverture. Alongside, there’s aromatic coconut, a hint of almond praline, some tingly Timut pepper and those deliciously fragrant Tonka beans. Underneath, a wafer-thin dark chocolate layer atop a fruity tangerine marzipan, and the whole thing is coated in dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content. 100% vegan!
