La Vecchia Dispensa Condimento Rose 250ml
Sweet and sour Rosé condiment based on red grape must and high-quality wine vinegar with a delicate taste and a low acidity. Iedal with vegetables and white meats.
Our rose’ condiment is obtained from selected red grape must. We use high quality red wine vinegar to create a perfect sweet & sour marriage.
We do not foresee aging in wood but only a refinement in steel in order to do not oxidize the product.
It has a very low final acidity, which on the palate enhances the notes of the fruity grape must.
This condiment has a delicate sweet and sour taste which makes it perfect as an everyday condiment.
