Galateo & Friends was established in 2002 by Marco Bonaldo, whose 100% Taggiasca extra virgin olive oils lay on the tables of some of the world’s highly awarded restaurants. The name Galateo, originally the title of an etiquette book written by a Renaissance Florentine, entered Italian lexicon as a general term for social etiquette. Embracing this standard of quality and refinement, Galateo’s ceramic bottles are often collaborations with their ‘friends’--renowned artists and designers who create the look of the bottle, and whose often playful designs are utterly contemporary.
This vanilla oil was made in collaboration with renowned pastry chef Fabrizio, made with Galateo's fragrant yet subtle Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil with bourbon vanilla of Madagascar.
Ingredients: 98% Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil, 2% Bourbon vanilla of Madagascar.
