Tender-melting and simply invigorating: a refreshing white chocolate and mint layer combined with a red hibiscus layer, created by melting hibiscus powder, boiled in milk, with almond praline and white chocolate. It’s completed with a dash of lemon and a sprinkle of salt and coated in a dark chocolate with a 70% cacao content.
