Founded by Luca Bodrato in 1943. In 2001 brother and sister, Paola and Fabio Bergaglio, bought the company, and a new family business was born. They retained Luca’s commitment to quality, both in his artisan methods (every chocolate is hand-dipped as tradition dictates), and in the careful sourcing of the best ingredients, wherever possible local.
