Ouse Valley Pear & Juniper Chutney

Fresh pears and crushed juniper berries add a scented flavour to this delicately balanced chutney. Most of the sweetness is achieved through a subtle balance of dates and fruit and it remains one of the very best accompaniments to a variety of hard and soft, strong cheeses.
