DESCRIPTION
In Filippi's 100% olive oil cake there is not a gram of butter and milk derivatives. Dedicated to those who, every year, have been forced to give up a slice of panettone or colomba through lactose intolerance. With this everyone can have their own well-deserved slice of dessert. The EVO oil is produced by an Italian oil mill that uses only artisanal methods, collects only green olives and extracts the oil through cold pressing.
It is not easy to produce quality leavened products with extra virgin olive oil as any pastry chef will confirm. For this reason the 100% olio evo filippi cake has become one of the leading products of Filippi production.
