Established in 2018, the Two Beacons vineyard is a family-owned, single vineyard plot, nestled between its namesakes, the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Beacons, in the Malvern Hills National Landscape (AONB), just a few miles from Ledbury. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted in Herefordshire.

DESCRIPTION

The Sparkling Rosé Pinot Noir is the perfect party drink. Bright aromas of raspberry, strawberry and warm, red apple skin follow onto a palate of berries and fresh red cherry. A crisp acidity gives elegance and length. The additional 12 months of lees aging added more complexity and structure, with more finesse to the mousse and biscuit flavours coming into prominence.

A fantastic accompaniment to canapés and the perfect party drink. Consider pairing with creamy risottos, salads or sushi.
