Tracklements Italian Herb Dressing
A simple yet sumptuous dressing that adds a flash of verdant beauty to whatever dish it adorns. Made with fragrant tarragon, plenty of chopped parsley and a smidgeon of our wholegrain and Dijon mustards, it’s delicate yet tastebud-tingling. Fabulous with gently baked fish, couscous or quinoa salads.
Tracklements use fresh tarragon grown in a poly tunnel to replicate the heat and humidity from warmer countries, meaning we can reduce food miles and support British farmers.
Ingredients: Sunflower Oil, Cider Vinegar, Water, Raw Cane Sugar, Dijon Mustard (4%) (Water, Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Parsley, Tarragon, Sea Salt, Wholegrain Mustard (Cider Vinegar, Mustard Seed, Water, Sea Salt, Black Peppercorns, Allspice, Chillies).
Refrigerate after opening.
