Puglia has always been known for its Rosati so it was no surprise when Mark Shannon and Elvezia Sbalchiero, the duo behind A Mano, turned their attention to this style.
A Mano Primitivo Rosato is immediately enjoyable, then offers wave upon wave of flavours that evolve with time in the glass. This wine is a vibrant pink colour, with youthful aromas of fresh cherries, tree-ripened peaches and cassis. The palate is structured and surprisingly full-bodied, balanced perfectly by zippy acidity and a fresh fruit character.
The Rosato, made from 100% Primitivo, is fermented at low temperatures to retain the delicate perfume of the variety. Closed under stelvin.
