These large, "Castellano" chickpeas are processed in Navarra before being put into jars. Manually sorted for quality and expertly cooked. Smooth and creamy, retaining their mild mineral flavour. Nutty and cooked to perfection, these large chickpeas are surely the best ever! Excellent for use in stews and casseroles; also use them in a salad with piquillo peppers or to make your own hummus.
