This wonderful lemon oil from the Ravida Estate is made by pressing ripe lemons with the olives at harvest. It is zesty and fresh, with an uplifting aroma that will transport you straight to the lemon groves of Sicily.

Produced with organic Zagara Bianca lemons and Biancolilla olives, Ravida Lemon Olive Oil captures all the fragrance of Mediterranean lemons. The oil works very well on a fish fillet, on smoked salmon, or over rich shellfish such as crab, or as an addition to a fresh mayonnaise, and makes an excellent salad dressing when mixed simply with a grating of fresh lemon zest and some toasted pine nuts. Also very good with cooked meats such as roast chicken, and as a dressing to beef tartare or when mixed with parmesan for a last minute pasta. Makes a lovely duo with the Ravida Marsala Wine Vinegar.
