DESCRIPTION
The Panettone features a low shape and is made according to an ancient Milanese recipe. This fragrant cake has a top cross - cut by hand and a soft texture. The yellow dough is enriched with dark chocolate drops and salted caramel cream. Made in Italy by Loison, a family bakery business dating from 1938.
