Navarrico fumet fish stock

A concentrated fish stock made with fish, shrimp, squid, onion, garlic, tomato, carrot, leek, olive oil, wine, pepper and sugar.
Perfect for making paella, fish soup or seafood stew. Shake well before use and add water and salt to taste.
INGREDIENTS: Water, tomato (tomato, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), onion, giant squid (4%) (MOLLUSCS), olive oil, shrimp (1.5%) (CRUSTACEANS), prepared fish [seafood flavouring (FISH and CRUSTACEANS), salt, sugar, fish natural flavouring, tomato, garlic, white wine extract, carrot extract, leek extract], salt, garlic and paprika.
