chic.mic's bioloco plant products are made of the plant-based material PLA. PLA is obtained from plant sugars such as corn starch, cassava or sugar cane. The product range is melamine-free and BPA-free.
The entire product range has been produced in a climate-positive manner, which means that chic.mic have determined the greenhouse gas emissions and compensated in double quantities by participating in climate protection projects. The projects are a solar cooker project in China and a UN hydropower project in Guatemala, both with the aim of promoting sustainable energy sources.
