DESCRIPTION

It was this classic panettone from Filippi that convinced me to stock this family brand. In this cake you will find only natural aromas, soft inside and with the typical irregular honeycomb pitting of natural leavening, the natural sweetness of honey, of Australian raisins and the citrus freshness of candied Washington Orange cubes. Panettone is enjoyed in the Italian culture, accompanied with a glass of spumante or dessert wine. It is also exceptionally good lightly toasted for breakfast with a good coffee and, of course, at tea time.

WHEAT flour, raisins 15%, BUTTER, fresh EGG yolk free-range, candied orange peel 12% (orange peels, glucose syrup, sugar), cane sugar, water, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), honey, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods). May contain traces of NUTS, SOY and MUSTARD.
