DESCRIPTION

This is a particularly soft Panettone with a naturally super fruity aroma, rich in candied orange and lemon peels, apricots and black sour cherries. The fruits are candied whole in a slow candying process that takes several weeks.

WHEAT flour, fresh BUTTER, fresh EGG yolk from free-range hens, cane sugar, candied sliced orange peel 9% (orange peel, glucose syrup, sugar), water, candied apricot cubes 6% (apricot cubes, glucose syrup, sugar), candied sour cherries 6% (sour black cherries, glucose syrup, sugar, acidifying: citric acid), natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), candied sliced lemon peel 5% (lemon peel, glucose syrup, sugar), honey, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods). May contain traces of NUTS, SOY and MUSTARD.
