DESCRIPTION

Pandoro is a sweet, naturally leavened tall panettone, shaped like a star. It is served dusted with vanilla scented icing sugar so that it resembles the snowy peaks of the Italian Alps during Christmas. It can be cut into wedges or horizontally for serving. This traditional “Pan de oro”, Pandoro, gets its name from its natural yellow gilded colour. This delicious leavened cake is marked by great softness, rich of fresh butter and naturally flavoured with Bourbon vanilla.
